Refund and Returns Policy

Cancellations

Strongus Co works hard to create and deliver your custom crystal as quickly as possible. This means that if you want to cancel your order, you’ll need to let us know ASAP, so we can cancel production before we get too far. Email us at 3dstrongus@gmail.com, let us know the reason for cancellation, and stop your order. If your order is ready to ship or partially ready when we receive your request, we may not be able to cancel it.

Returns

We understand that people sometimes need to return things. Here’s everything you need to know about returning your custom crystal.

We accept returns ONLY in their original packaging. And please make sure the item is in the same condition as when you received it.

14-Day Money Back Guarantee: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. After that, we won’t be able to offer you a refund or remake your item.

Proof of purchase needed. Please print out your email receipt and attach it to your return.

You will need to cover the cost of your return.

Refunds

As only we will receive your return, we will send you an email notification. Then your refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method. It can take several days.

Expedited shipping costs are non-refundable.

If items are not in their original condition, we may issue only a partial refund.

If your refund was approved and you still haven’t received it within a couple days, check with your credit card company and bank. They may be able to offer you more information about why your refund hasn’t been processed yet. If they aren’t able to help, contact us at 3dstrongus@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to fix the problem.

Remakes

If you don’t like your order when you receive it, we may be able to remake it. Send us a picture at 3dstrongus@gmail.com and let us know what would you like to be changed. As only we receive your request, we’ll let you know by email whether or not we’ll be able to remake your order.

Since all our products are custom made, we can only remake an item if something is wrong with it. This does not include any changes to your image in order to enhance the appearance of your 3D engraving.

Missing Packages

Please check its status online, if your package doesn’t arrive by delivery date, It is the first thing you should do. If tracking claims your package was delivered, check with your neighbors and make sure it wasn’t dropped off at the wrong address.

If you are sure that there is no possibility of a shipping delay or misdelivery, email 3dstrongus@gmail.com within 48 hours of the date you should have received your package. We may be able to locate your package or remake your item.

Damaged Items

Our packaging is very safe, but if you receive a damaged crystal in the mail, we may be able to remake it. Before we can proceed, here’s what you need to do

When it arrives. You’ll have 48 hours to notify us of any damage after arrival. The sooner you check your crystal, the more likely it is that we’ll be able to help you if anything is wrong.

Photos of the damage must be sent. We’ll need you to prove the condition of your item. We’ll also need to see pictures of the packing materials and shipping container when it arrives. You can email your photos to us at 3dstrongus@gmail.com.
